We provide sales, rental and advisory services for real estate transactions in Riga and the Riga region. Our services are sales, rentals, valuation and transaction support.

We work in four steps: getting to know you, valuation and plan, viewings and negotiations, deal and keys. Our aim is a clear process with no surprises - from the first call to the keys.

Valuation is one of our services, and the valuation and plan is the second step of working together. A consultation about your property is free of charge. Please confirm the cost of the brokerage service and the commission with the agent.

In the "Properties" section, filter by deal type (buy or rent), property type (apartment, house, land or building), location and price. If nothing suitable comes up, contact us - we will help you find a property. On a property page you can also ask about similar properties.

On the property page, enter your name and phone number and click "Book a viewing"; you can mention a convenient time in the message. An agent will contact you to arrange the viewing. If you provide your email, you will also receive the viewing confirmation by email with a calendar file.

Property descriptions, prices, areas and photos are prepared based on information provided by the owner and may be updated. For detailed and up-to-date information, please contact the agent handling the transaction. A transaction is only binding once the contract is signed.

The Latvian Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism and Proliferation Financing requires customer due diligence, so you will need an identity document and your personal identification number (which we store encrypted). The invoice states your name or company name, registration number and address. Please ask the agent about any other documents for your specific transaction.

We use your contact details to get back to you about your request. If no deal follows, the request is deleted automatically 24 months after the last contact. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data - write to emk@emk.pro and we will reply within one month. More details are in the Privacy policy.
