Cookie policy
Effective from: 27 October 2026
Cookies are small files that your browser stores on your device. Necessary cookies make the website work and are not used for any other purpose. All other cookies are used only with your consent, which you choose in the cookie banner on your first visit. Until you consent to analytics, Google tools (Tag Manager, Analytics) are not loaded at all. We do not use the browser's local storage (localStorage).

Marketing (advertising) cookies are not used at the moment. If they are introduced, they will be loaded only with your consent and this list will be updated.
Google Maps. The map on property and contact pages is loaded only after a click ("Show map"); until then no request is made to Google and no cookies are set. After the click Google may set its own cookies.
CRM notifications. If a CRM user turns on notifications, the browser stores the CRM worker script (service worker /sw.js) and a push subscription - they are necessary to deliver notifications. They are not set for visitors of the public website. The subscription is deleted when notifications are turned off or the user signs out of the CRM.
How to change your choice
- At any time in the website footer - "Cookie settings": you can switch functional, analytics and marketing cookies on or off.
- Withdrawing analytics consent deletes the
_gacookies; withdrawing functional consent deletesemk_agent. - You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the cookie banner will then appear again.
