1. Who. The website www.emk.pro is operated by SIA "ĒMK Īpašumi", registration No. 50203738181, Kalnciema iela 101, Riga, LV-1046, Latvia.
2. Property information is not an offer. Property descriptions, prices, areas, photos and other data are for information only and are based on information provided by the owner. They are not a public offer. Availability, price and terms must be confirmed with the agent. A contract is formed only by a document signed by both parties.
3. Accuracy. We try to keep the information up to date but do not guarantee that it is always complete and error-free. Photos and visualisations may differ from the actual condition.
4. Limitation of liability. We are not liable for losses arising from relying solely on the website information without confirming it with us, or for temporary unavailability of the website.
